Full remodelling and bespoke refurbishment of a large two-bedroom flat in an exclusive Victorian building in Holland Park, to a very high specification. Delve worked with the client to design a new kitchen, living room, bathrooms and remodel the two bedrooms specifically to suit their lifestyle requirements.

Delve brought the original period features back to life and complemented them with a natural, neutral and calm palette of materials and finishes, including lime plaster finishes to the walls and joinery. The original fireplaces have been restored, with new marble linings and hearths complimenting the decorative surrounds. The impressive ceiling heights in the house bring a sense of grandeur, and have been carefully restored. New decorative cornicing, tall internal doors and bespoke skirting and mouldings are designed to suit the scale of the interior spaces.

The flat features a specially sourced reclaimed Oak floor from a French chapel, to provide character and warmth.  All the bespoke joinery has been designed by Delve to a give a very high-end finish, including the specially designed kitchen with a downdraft extractor fan. Delve introduced this to maintain the clean lines over the cooking area without the need for high level cabinetry.
