Following securing planning in 2022, the clients returned to Delve in July 2025 wanting to revise the design to something more classic and timeless as well as adding a basement into the scheme. The scope included a new rear extension and basement as well interior reconfiguration and renovation. The project commenced on site in June 2026 and will complete by the summer of 2027.
